Ana Demsorean is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and has broad experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, commercial agreements and, especially, insurance matters and maritime law.
She has collaborated on different research projects and publications conducted by Stanford University and Freedom House Inc, including "International Actors, Democratization and the Rule of Law", published by Routledge, a book to which she was co-author.
Education
In addition to having a PhD, she has a degree in Law and a degree in Economics, as well as a Masters Diploma in European and International Business Law from the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
