Oana trained as a litigation lawyer from the very beginning of her career with a significant activity in recognized law firms where her activity mainly focused on resolving aspects of financial-banking law, consumer protection, enforcement, administrative and tax litigation, real estate law, insolvency and labor law.
The challenges in practice, as well as the large-scale projects in which she has been involved, have shaped her into the lawyer she is today, open and focused on the client's needs, which is why she attaches great importance to consulting in the pre-litigation phase, in order to adopt a strategy to avoid of litigation or strengthening the client's position in the imminence of a judgment.
Education
Oana holds a degree in law from the "Titu Maiorescu" University from Bucharest an she is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2014.
